This award recognizes individuals in academia who have demonstrated outstanding characteristics in leadership, professionalism, and potential in the field of industrial engineering. The award recognizes engineering contribution in application, design, research, or development of IE methodologies on the part of younger members of the Institute. Candidate must be a current member of IIE in good standing at the time of nomination and when the award is made. Candidate must have been a member of a Senior Chapter for a minimum of five (5) years. Candidate must not be more than 40 years old on the day of nomination submission.
