ASN - Norman Kretchmer Memorial Award

This award is presented to a young investigator, 45 years old or younger at the time of the presentation, for a substantial body of independent research in nutrition and development with potential relevance to improving children's health. The cash award and inscribed medal are sponsored by Abbott Laboratories, Ross Products Division. Candidates for awards need not be members of the Society. However, the awards are usually given to professionally active nutrition scientists.
