ASN - E.L.R. Stokstad Award

Organization: American Society for Nutrition

This award is given for outstanding fundamental research in nutrition, with preference to scientists at relatively early stages in their careers. The award of $2500 and an engraved plaque is supported by an endowment from the family of E.L.R. Stokstad. Candidates for awards need not be members of the Society. However, the awards are usually given to professionally active nutrition scientists.
