APS - Horace W. Davenport Distinguished Lectureship

The Gastrointestinal and Liver Physiology Section Horace W. Davenport Distinguished Lectureship ($1,000, reimbursement of the EB advance registration fee plus up to $2,000 travel reimbursement to EB and complimentary admission to the section Banquet at EB) is in honor of one of the most distinguished members of the Gastrointestinal & Liver Physiology Section and past president of the APS, Horace W. Davenport. This is the most prestigious award of the APS Gastrointestinal & Liver Physiology Section. The award recognizes distinguished lifetime achievement in gastrointestinal and liver physiological research, including accomplishments in research, teaching, training and activities within the APS.
