AHA - The George L. Mosse Prize

The American Historical Association is pleased to announce the establishment of the GEORGE L. MOSSE PRIZE for an outstanding major work of extraordinary scholarly distinction, creativity, and originality in the intellectual and cultural history of Europe since the Renaissance. Only books of a high scholarly distinction should be submitted. Research accuracy, originality, and literary merit are important selection factors. Books published between May 1 of the previous year and April 30 of the current year are eligible for the first award.
