ACS - Award in Surface Chemistry

The purpose of this award is to recognize distinguished services in the advancement of surface chemistry. Activities recognized by the award may include such fields as teaching, writing, research, and administration. Any individual, except a member of the award selection committee, may submit only one nomination or one support form for each award in any given year. In nomination by petition, the individual whose signature is first will be considered as the nominator and the endorsements that follow will be disregarded.Previously the Arthur W. Adamson Award for Distinguished Service in the Advancement of Surface Chemistry.
