ACS - Alfred Bader Award in Bioinorganic or Bioorganic Chemistry

This award recognizes outstanding contributions to bioorganic or bioinorganic chemistry. The award will be granted for outstanding research accomplishments without regard to age or nationality. The award is intended to recognize significant accomplishments that are at the interface between biology and organic or inorganic chemistry. Special consideration will be given to applications of the fundamental principles and experimental methodology of chemistry to areas of biological significance. Any individual, except a member of the award selection committee, may submit only one nomination or one support form for each award in any given year. In nomination by petition, the individual whose signature is first will be considered as the nominator and the endorsements that follow will be disregarded.
