NCME - Award for Career Contributions to Educational Measurement

Organization: National Council for Measurement in Education

The award honors living persons whose publications, presentations, and professional activities over a career have had a widespread positive impact on the field of educational measurement. These contributions may include theoretical or technical developments, service to professional organizations, conceptualizations of educational measurement that have enhanced public understanding of measurement problems, applications of theory that have influenced the nature of educational tests and measurement, or innovative ideas that have significantly affected measurement practices.
