ESA - Fellow

Organization: Entomological Society of America

The designation of ESA Fellow recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to entomology. They need not be members of the Society. Up to 10 designations may be made annually. Fellows receive gratis registration to the ESA Annual Meeting in the year the title is bestowed, at which time they are presented with an inscribed plaque.The Fellows judging panel consists of people who have already been selected as Fellows themselves, and when possible consists of one member from each ESA Branch and Section. Each year the judging panel recommends to the ESA Governing Board up to 10 individuals for consideration for recognition as Fellows of the Society.
