The Bates Center offers a Fellowship of $1200 to a faculty member to support historical research in nursing. Selection of Buhler-Wilkerson Scholars is based on evidence of preparation and/or productivity in historical research related to nursing. Recipients participate in Center activities and collaborate with Center faculty.
