ASCE - Wilbur S. Smith Award

Organization: American Society of Civil Engineers

The award is made to the person who, during the fiscal year preceding the year of the award, shall be judged worthy of special commendation for his or her contribution to the enhancement of the role of the civil engineer in highway engineering. The contribution may be made in the form of a paper published by the Society or may be his or her personal efforts and achievements toward that goal.
