This award is given in recognition of distinguished early career contributions to the practice of industrial and organizational psychology.In order to be considered for the 2020 award, nominees must have defended their dissertation no earlier than 2009. The setting in which the nominee has made the contributions (i.e., academia, government, industry) is not relevant.
